Terms of use
**1. Confidentiality**
- It is the store's responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
- The site's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hackers by means of the **“Shielded Site”** seal.
**2. Customer Service (SAC)**
- The customer can use this service to answer questions, resolve any requests or complaints about the order or any content available on the site.

**3. Delivery Policy**
- The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in **working days**.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm. Exceptionally, some deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
**Customer responsibility
- Checking the dimensions of the product is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they comply with the spatial limits of elevators, doors and corridors at the place of delivery.
- No assembly or disassembly of the product, transportation by stairs, doors, windows or launching of deliveries will be carried out.
**Delivery Attempts**
- Up to three delivery attempts** will be made at the location informed, on alternate days, with an interval of up to **48h** between one delivery and the next.
- It is essential that there is someone at the place of delivery to receive the product.
