- We believe in offering quality products at competitive prices. To do this, we work with suppliers abroad (North America, Europe and Asia).  

 

- When an order is placed, we send the request directly to the supplier, who sends the product to your home.  

 

 **3. Do all orders come with a tracking number?  

 

- Yes, we value transparency and all products are sent with internationally valid tracking codes.  

 

 

**4. When will I receive the tracking number after my purchase?**  

 

- Our suppliers (the industrialists who manufacture the products) take **5 to 10 working days** to send and provide the tracking number.  

 

- If you have not received the number after this period, please contact us.  

 

 **5. Because it's an international order, can I be taxed by Brazilian customs?  

 

- Decree Law 1804/80** on imports makes it clear that every Brazilian has the right to import products without taxation, as long as the established limits are respected.
